Australia
Best Time to Visit: Year Round

"This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. The perfect mix of wildlife and city with appropriate times at each spot."

Australia is a land of stark contrasts and odd critters. It offers up a compelling mix of wild and woolly adventures in the Outback, spectacularly secluded ocean hideaways and a very hip and modern cosmopolitan scene.

True Australian Style

Australia is one of our favorite Uncharted destinations, even though it seems so far away and difficult to get to, it is in fact a breeze, with a convenient overnight flight from L.A. or San Francisco. Australia is a land of abundant choices. Whether you are looking at that brag honeymoon of a lifetime or whether it is the ultimate family adventure, Australia offers up as much fun and adventure as a Safari to Africa. We rather like looking for roos, swimming with sharks, tasting the wine and flopping on the beaches. The food is some of the best on the planet and did we mention the Aussies themselves, funny, very funny indeed!

CALL OUT: Tasmania is Not Just for Devils...
SAFFIRE FREYCINET, TASMANIA

This jaw dropping lodge has made a spectacular splash in the press, likened to an alien spaceship it offers up supreme comfort with spectacular views but with a back-to-nature-offering! A magnificent architectural masterpiece which takes inspiration from the colors of the Freycinet Peninsula - the pink granite of the Hazards Mountains, the white sandy beaches, sapphire-blue waters and the grey-green of the native bushland. Saffire offers up a plethora of incredible experience that sets it apart, like the Great Oyster Bay Blast and the Wineglass Bay by Water Experience; whether you are on land or shore there is no scarcity of things to keep you entertained and like the fat happy little oysters in the lovely clean waters it is a really wonderful place to be!
